Information about adopting children in China can be found at the US Consulate Guangzhou Adoption Unit web site. 

Additional information regarding international adoptions can be found on the State Department's Consular Affairs web site.  

All applications for US immigrant visas for adopted children are processed at the US Consulate in Guangzhou.
